Kate vanderVoort is the founder of the AI Success Lab (formerly Social Mediology) and host of the AI Grapple Podcast. As a digital strategy expert with over 30 years of experience, she has trained more than 3000 companies to navigate the intersection between humanity and technology. More than 10,000 people have completed her AI workshops and trainings.
Kate was named a Digital Champion by the Queensland Government and was one of just five global trainers for Facebook's launch of their Community Manager Certification.

What if I can't make the live workshop?
The replay of the full 3 hour workshop, plus all resources will be available within 24 hours. You will be sent an email with the link and will have access throughout 2026 to revisit and make the most of the workshop.
Do I need any special software for this workshop?
Whilst you can run all of the prompts provided in the free version of ChatGPT (or other large language model) - if you want to participate fully and build a Co-CEO or AI assistant - you will need ChatGPT Plus ($20 US per month). We recommend signing up for one month and if you don't see the value, you can downgrade - but we are 100% sure that you will!
Is this workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes. There will be a bit of a learning curve - as we cover a lot. But it is designed for all levels and we will go through each step in a logical sequence at a reasonable pace. You will also have an AI Assistant there to guide you every step of the way and to utilise beyond the workshop.

We are based in Queensland, Australia. All our online events are scheduled in AEST, with maximum global time zone coverage in mind.
