90 days. 3 Sessions. One-to-one coaching
A coach who knows your business, not a course you'll never finish
Your own AI Operating System, so AI works for YOUR business and not the average of the internet
Skills that still hold up when the tools change again
A working agent, running real tasks, in your own account

These sessions are powered by the AI Success Lab, with frameworks and systems that have been implemented by over 10,000 people through our trainings, workshops and coaching program.
I’m so far behind, how do I catch up?
I don't want to make AI slop. Everything AI looks and sounds the same.
It makes things up and I don't know how to stop it.
I don't know which tool to use for which task.
My AI is a hot mess. Chats, folders, projects, GPTs - I can't find what I created!
I prompt & I prompt and still do the same task again next week. Where is this promised productivity?
I finally get the hang of it and everything changes again.
I just feel overwhelmed!

6 hours with your coach. 90 days of building. That's the program.
You learn and build in the session, then run it in your business for a month before you build the next layer.
Session 1
Get clear on what AI is, what it can and can't do, and which parts of your business are ready for it.
Session 2
Build the business brain that keeps your context, voice and knowledge useful outside any one platform.
Session 3
Work inside the tools you use, or want to use, and apply the framework to your tasks, workflows and team.
By day 90 you'll have your own AI Operating System and real work running through it.
One coach, working on your work. Everything your coach brings has been tested with
more than 10,000 people trained and 300 consulting clients.
For 90 days, it's pointed at one business - YOURS!
No-one else gets your version of it.
These are working sessions, not lessons. You turn up with the task that's actually slowing you down, and you finish with something built.
We start with your business and the tech stack you already pay for, then work out what belongs in it. We focus on the tasks first, then the tech.
AI takes the load off the work that doesn't need you. It doesn't replace the reason people buy from you.
Your AI Operating System: context, voice and knowledge AI can use consistently
A clear picture of which tasks are ready for AI and which aren’t
At least one real task running as a working agent in your own account
A tech stack decision you can defend, and permission to cancel the rest
Prompts and packaged skills to help you implement every step of your AI-Operating System
Slides, recordings and resources; yours to keep
Someone to ask the questions you’d feel silly asking anyone else

Plenty of people arrive here having already done the work. You've been learning, you've been paying attention, and it's held you in good stead - you've got the fundamentals, you know what these tools are capable of, and you're well past the point of being impressed by a clever output.
That's exactly why the thing bothering you now isn't knowledge. It's consistency. You get the wow moment often enough to know it's real. What you can't do is make it happen reliably, on the work that matters, in a way that shows up in the numbers at the end of the quarter. Occasional brilliance isn't a return. A system is.
Courses and workshops teach to the group. That's their job, and they do it well. But the group isn't your business, and the gap between the two is where most people stall.
YouTube and LinkedIn give you tips without a system. Sixty clever tricks don't add up to a way of working.
Working it out yourself costs more than you think - not in money, in the evenings and weekends you spend testing things that a trained coach could have ruled out in five minutes.
Tool-led advice ties everything you learn to a platform that will change next quarter. When it changes, you're back at zero.
And it isn't a discipline problem. It's structural. Training, by definition, is delivered to a room. It has to be - that's what makes it training. The examples are chosen because they'll land for a hundred different businesses at once, the demonstrations run on somebody's tidy hypothetical, and the person at the front can't know that your quoting process has a fortnightly bottleneck in it or that half your knowledge lives in one long-serving employee's head.
So you leave with the capability, and the translation is left to you. Everything you learned was right. It was just never aimed at your business specifically, because it couldn't be. That last stretch - from "I understand this" to "this runs in my business, on my work, every week" - is bespoke by nature, and no course can do it for you.
You're not buying 3 sessions of advice.
You're building an AI Operating System for your business.
One process you stop doing manually. One proposal you turn around in an afternoon instead of a week. One tool you cancel because you finally know you don't need it. All of that is time back in your day.
But the savings are the easy part. A fully-built AI Operating System is compounding intelligence in your business. Teach it something once and it knows it for good. Every task you add makes the next one faster and none of it lives only in your head anymore.

Step 1
A short form: your business, where you're at with AI, what you're hoping to change, your tech stack and how you like to work.
Step 2
We weigh your needs against our coaches' expertise, specialisation and timezone, and put forward the one who fits. If it isn't right, we'll match you again.
Step 3
A conversation with your matched coach before anything is booked or paid. You decide.
Step 4
Once you're both happy, you book and pay, and your first session goes in the diary.
"The AI Success Lab gives actionable and practical support to use AI to improve productivity in your business. The results are hours you get back to do the things you really love. Highly recommend to all business owners where your most valuable commodity is your own time and this support gives you it back."
"I wasn't too sure what to expect. By day two, I was discovering just what AI could do for my business. It's not about AI taking over - it's enabling me to do a better job. I now have fabulous professional AI assistants fully trained by me. This has given me the confidence to know I will succeed."
"Being part of the AI Success Lab has really boosted my confidence with AI tools. I'm using them in more ways than ever. They have boosted my productivity and the quality of my work."
"AI is a constantly evolving field, but staying ahead of the curve means we don't have to navigate the complexity alone. I highly recommend the AI Success Lab to anyone feeling overwhelmed by the pace of change in this space. It's an invaluable resource."
"I had an incredible experience participating in the AI Success Lab program. It was fun, engaging, and pushed me to think in new and exciting ways. Sessions were both stimulating and highly practical - I've learned so much, and my head is buzzing with ideas! Most importantly, I'm starting to converge on a clear, workable AI strategy that will support me as I integrate AI into my business."
"The most valuable training course I've ever attended, with practical insights tailored [to] our industry. The personalised guidance, professionalism, and wealth of knowledge made the program highly impactful and easy to apply."
Yes. Most of the people we work with aren't. The methodology starts with your business, not with the technology.
No - and people who arrive with a solid grounding tend to get the most out of it. Training is delivered to a room, so what you've learned so far was, by necessity, aimed at everyone. This is the opposite: one coach, three months, pointed at your business and nobody else's. Session 1 confirms the ground you're standing on rather than teaching it to you, and the rest of the program is custom-fitted to your work.
Then you'll find out in session 3, and you'll know what to do instead. We're not tied to any platform.
That's a core part of the program, not a footnote. Session 2 is largely about giving you conscious control over what is and isn't shared with AI.
It will. That's why we teach methodology and thinking rather than button-clicking. The framework holds; the tools underneath it can change.
No. Three sessions is the program. One session gives you ideas. Three gives you a business that works differently.
Given we only have 8 coaches in our first training cohort, we cannot cover every country and region. You can specify a preference for in-person coaching and if we have someone in your region we will definitely match you with them.
Yes. Some of our coaches work with larger teams. Depending on the size of your business we will match you with the best fit. For teams of more than 4 people, this is generally a custom conversation and is probably a better fit for our coaching and consulting program.
Section 1 of 5 · About you and your business
We'll match you with a coach based on what you've told us, and they'll reach out for a short, no-obligation introductory conversation before anything is confirmed.
You've done the learning. What you haven't had is someone sitting inside your business, with your actual work in front of them, building the system that makes AI pay every week instead of now and then.
That's the job. One coach, 90 days, and your business humming at the end of it.
