9. AI Success Lab – Elite Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the AI Success Lab – Elite Membership ("Membership"), you agree to the following:

Access and Usage

  • Membership includes immediate access to all available resources, content, coaching sessions, community forums, and tools.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated.

Subscription Options

Monthly:

  • Recurring billing monthly from sign-up date.

  • Cancel anytime. Access ends at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

  • No pro-rata refunds for unused time.

Annual:

  • Billed once per year.

  • Renewal reminder sent in advance.

  • No partial refunds once billed.

Intellectual Property

  • Content is for individual use only.

  • Copying, distributing, or sharing of materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Discontinuation

  • The Membership may be modified, paused, or discontinued with notice. Any discontinuation within the guaranteed term will result in appropriate refunds as per above.
