Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the AI Success Lab Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by AI Success Lab Pty Ltd (ABN 98 606 551 168) (“AI Success Lab”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering as an Affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”), you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before joining the Program.
1. Overview
The AI Success Lab Affiliate Program is designed to reward you for referring new customers to our AI Success Lab – Elite Membership and other select products and services. Affiliates promote our free AI webinar and associated offers through approved links provided by AI Success Lab.
Your participation helps more business owners and professionals harness AI confidently and ethically – thank you for being part of that mission.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to both AI Success Lab members and non-members aged 18 or older.
By joining, you confirm you have the authority to enter this agreement and promote our products ethically and legally.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms or acts against our brand values.
3. Affiliate Registration and Approval
Registration is via the official Affiliate Signup Form hosted on our GoHighLevel platform.
Upon submission, your application is automatically approved (subject to compliance with these Terms).
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your affiliate dashboard login and unique tracking link.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on every successful Elite Membership sale attributed to their unique tracking link.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by AI Success Lab, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or applicable taxes.
Payments are made after a 30-day validation period via PayPal or Stripe to the account details provided in your affiliate profile.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. AI Success Lab is not liable for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect details.
5. Cookie Duration and Attribution
The affiliate tracking cookie lasts 90 days from the initial click.
If a prospect purchases within that period, the commission is automatically attributed to the affiliate whose link was used last before the sale.
6. Promotional Guidelines
To maintain our reputation and ensure compliance with ethical marketing standards, affiliates must adhere to the following:
Only use approved promotional materials (images, copy, and links) provided by AI Success Lab or created in alignment with our brand voice.
Do not engage in false advertising, spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices.
Do not bid on AI Success Lab brand keywords or domains in paid advertising campaigns.
Do not offer rebates, discounts, or incentives that are not expressly approved by AI Success Lab.
Email promotion must comply with anti-spam laws and include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
Content must accurately represent the Elite Membership and its genuine benefits.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions are not paid on refunded or reversed transactions.
If a customer cancels or disputes a payment within the 30-day validation period, no commission will be earned.
AI Success Lab reserves the right to adjust future commissions to correct any errors or overpayments.
8. Brand Representation
Affiliates represent the AI Success Lab brand and are expected to:
Uphold integrity, professionalism, and honesty in all promotions.
Avoid using fear-based, exaggerated, or misleading marketing language.
Comply with all relevant advertising standards, privacy laws, and consumer protection laws in their country of operation.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately if your actions damage our reputation or breach these guidelines.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms;
Fraudulent or misleading activity;
Violation of applicable laws; or
Behaviour that misrepresents or harms AI Success Lab’s brand or customers.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by emailing [email protected].
Upon termination, outstanding commissions under review will be processed at our discretion after verification.
10. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of AI Success Lab.
You may not act on behalf of AI Success Lab, make commitments, or create obligations for the company.
11. Limitation of Liability
AI Success Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you under this Program.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Affiliates will be notified of significant updates by email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
